SHIPPING: We usually ship within 3 to 5 business days but can be over 3 weeks if we are busy. We ship via UPS and sometimes USPS. You will receive a tracking number with the shipping information.
Shipping to: Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Japan, Finland, France, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
For many countries there is a size limit on packages and our boxes exceed that limit. If you do not see your country listed here please contact us and we can check if we can ship directly to you. If we can, then your country will be added to our shipping and to the list above.
Our "Baby Brother" is small enough that we can send to most countries. All of our other carders are too large and could cost between $240.00 and $500.00 to ship Global Express. Please check our shipping calculator to see how much for your country. If you would still like to buy our larger carders, there are shipping companies like "Shipito" who you can set up an account with and we ship to their warehouse in the US then they take it from there and ship to you.
Countries who need a shipping service (except for our Baby carder) like "Shipito" are: Australia, Armenia, Chile, Israel, Malta, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Pakistan, Turkey and Ukraine.

The Customer is responsible for any customs fees their country charges.

RETURNS: We will accept returns if not 100% satisfied.
You may return it for a refund within 30 days minus all shipping costs. All returned items must be in good condition undamaged.
