Using industrial carding cloth and a proven worker/stripper drum design, it produces thick, beautifully prepared batts up to 36 inches long and cards well-prepared fibers flawlessly in a single pass.

Dual independent motors provide complete control over feed speed and drum ratio, with carding ratios adjustable from 80:1 to 500:1 at the turn of a dial. The large main swift drum paired with a dedicated worker drum dramatically improves fiber alignment and blending—without the need to change drums or pulleys.

Engineered for reliability and ease of operation, the SuperCard runs smoothly on sealed ball bearings, requires no table clamps, and draws only 2 amps, making it an excellent choice for solar-powered or off-grid studios. The integrated RoveGuide system allows up to 25 feet of roving to be unwound directly from the drum.
