Choose the Carder That Matches Your Fiber Goals
Not all fiber—and not all fiber producers—are the same. Our carders are designed to meet you where you are today and support where you're headed tomorrow.

Jumbo Carder Maximum Capability, No Compromises

The Jumbo Carder is built for producers who want full mini-mill performance with complete fiber flexibility. Unlike many mills that refuse certain fibers or require blending due to machine limitations, with the Jumbo, you can confidently process all fiber types.

Designed for higher-volume production, it produces exceptionally smooth batts, roving, and corespun rug yarn quickly and efficiently—making it the go-to choice for serious fiber operations and growing mills and farms wanting to process their own fibers.

Best for: High volume, full fiber versatility, professional mini-mill production.

Cottage Carder Professional Results in a Compact Mill

The Cottage Carder delivers big performance in a smaller footprint. It produces beautiful batts, roving, and corespun rug yarn, making it popular for small farms and cottage businesses.

Capable of processing most fiber types, the Cottage offers flexibility and efficiency while keeping space and investment manageable. Some specialty fibers may require blending for the results to remain consistent and high quality.

Best for: Small farms, cottage mills, and balanced production needs.

Rover The Cost Effective, Compact Continuous Carder

The Rover Carder is a powerful step up from a traditional drum carder, with a compact footprint of approximately 2 ft × 6 ft. It's ideal for farmers and studios processing more fiber than hand-fed carders can handle.

Designed for the most common wool types, the Rover produces roving only and is more selective with fiber types. Certain fibers—such as 100% Suri alpaca—require blending for consistent results. To ensure the best outcome, we recommend sending fiber samples prior to purchase so we can test and video the results for you.

Best for: Sampling, roving production, limited space, and lower investment.
