Brother Rover
Brother Rover (Paula’s Rover)
Originally engineered by Patrick Green—the renowned designer of cottage-industry fiber equipment—the Rover was created specifically for his wife, Paula. Following the acquisition of the Patrick Green line, we continued production of this exceptional machine, enhancing it with additional features and modern options.
The Brother Rover is the only tabletop-sized carder on the market capable of producing continuous, beautifully prepared roving. With a cost that is a fraction of a full-scale mill carder and a compact footprint, it is an ideal solution for production spinners, small farms, and fiber artists looking to efficiently market their own wool.
Thanks to its quick and easy cleaning process, the Rover is also an excellent tool for fiber mills that need to run small batches, create test blends, or experiment with new fiber combinations and colorways.
